If you are under 18 years of age, your parent or legal guardian must read and agree to these Terms on your behalf. By allowing a minor to use LimitX Browser, the parent or guardian agrees to be bound by these Terms and accepts responsibility for the minor's use of the application.
Capacity to Contract
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that you are not prohibited by law from using the services provided by LimitX Browser.

About LimitX Browser
LimitX Browser is a modified version of Mozilla Firefox designed specifically for families, featuring enhanced parental control capabilities, content filtering, and child safety features. The application is built on the Gecko rendering engine and incorporates additional security and monitoring features.

Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.

Firefox & Open Source Licensing

LimitX Browser is based on Mozilla Firefox, which is licensed under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL 2.0). We comply with all requirements of this license, including:

- All monitoring and filtering decisions are made by parents, not by LimitX Browser
- We provide tools but do not make parenting decisions
- Parents are responsible for configuring appropriate settings for their family
Monitoring Capabilities
Our parental control features include:
- Website Filtering: Blocking access to inappropriate websites
- Keyword Detection: Monitoring for inappropriate content in social media apps
- Time Restrictions: Setting allowed usage times and duration limits
- App Protection: Preventing unauthorized removal or bypass of controls
Limitations of Parental Controls
Important Disclaimer: No technological solution is 100% effective. Parental controls are tools to assist supervision but cannot replace active parental involvement and communication with children about internet safety.
Age Verification
Parents are responsible for verifying that parental control features are appropriately configured for their child's age and maturity level. Different age groups may require different levels of supervision and filtering.

Monitoring Disclosure: All monitoring activities are clearly disclosed to users. The app displays notifications when monitoring features are active, and users can view monitoring status at any time.
Data Processing
Content filtering and monitoring occur primarily on your device. Limited anonymized data may be used to improve filtering algorithms, but personal content is not transmitted to our servers without explicit consent.

You retain ownership of content you create or upload while using LimitX Browser. However, you grant us a limited license to:

DMCA Compliance

Parental Control Limitations

Indemnification
User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LimitX Browser and its developers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

- Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights

- Your parental control decisions and their consequences
Process
We will notify you of any claim and may, at our option, assume the defense of such claim. You will cooperate fully in the defense and will not settle any claim without our prior written consent.
Limitations
This indemnification does not apply to claims arising from our gross negligence, willful misconduct, or violation of applicable law.
Termination
Termination by User
You may terminate your use of LimitX Browser at any time by:
- Uninstalling the application from your device
- Deleting your account (if created)
- Ceasing to use the service
Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access to LimitX Browser immediately, without prior notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our policies
- We reasonably believe termination is necessary to protect users or prevent harm
- You engage in illegal activities using our service
- Your account remains inactive for an extended period
Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your right to use LimitX Browser immediately ceases
- We may delete your account and associated data
- Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and disputes survive termination
- You must uninstall the application from your devices
Data Recovery: Before termination, you may export your data using the built-in export features. After termination, data recovery may not be possible.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. However, the application of specific consumer protection laws depends on your location.
International Users
For users outside Pakistan, local consumer protection laws may also apply:

Statutory Rights
